After graduating from the University of California, Berkeley I have been working at the luxury residential firm Paz Studio based in the San Francisco Bay Area. While my official title is architectural designer, due to the small nature of the firm I have taken on many roles and tasks including:
- permit preparation and submittal
- interior and exterior drafting of plans and elevations in Vectorworks
- interior and exterior construction detail drafting
- 3D modeling, rendering + visualizations using Rhinoceros, Twinmotion and Vray
- FF&E (researching and coordinating samples and products for fixtures and lighting)
- client and subcontractor relations
- lighting and HVAC plans
- moodboard and idea creation
The biggest project I have been working on is a luxury second home currently under construction in Mill Valley, CA.
